What to bring
A swimsuit, towel and goggles, and a swim diaper for little ones. Every program page lists the full list, and we have loaner goggles and caps.
Arrive ten minutes early
Check in at the front desk, change in the family locker room and meet your coach on the bench before the lesson starts.
