This policy explains what information Lanewood Swim School collects when you visit this website, book a trial lesson, enroll a swimmer or contact the front desk, and how we use it.

What we collect

Details you send through the trial form: swimmer name and age, program, experience, preferred day, parent or guardian name, email and phone
Enrollment and billing details you give the front desk in person or by email
Basic, anonymous website analytics such as pages visited and device type

How we use it

We use your details to schedule lessons, send confirmations, manage tuition and share school news such as meet dates. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we never use it for third-party advertising.

Children’s information

Many of our swimmers are under 13. We only collect a child’s first and last name and age, always through a parent or guardian, and only to place them in the right level. Parents can ask us to review or delete this information at any time.

Photos and video

We photograph lessons and meets only with the photo consent chosen at enrollment, and never in locker rooms. You can change your choice at the front desk, and we will remove any image you ask us to.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from school emails with the link in any message, or ask us to update or delete your details by email.
